For quotes and inquires you can email us with pictures of your gear. If you are not local you are able to ship your item to us at your own cost. I need a repair, now what?
I don't live near Boulder, can I mail in gear to be repaired?
Yes! You can absolutely mail in gear to be repaired. Download this repair form and fill out the required information for each piece of gear you need to have repaired. Then, you’ll need to ship your gear to Boulder Mountain Repair at 2200 Central Ave Suite F, Boulder, CO 80301. Be sure to include the repair form, a return mail address, and the gear that needs to be repaired.
Do I need an appointment?
Nope! No appointment in necessary to bring your gear into BMR for repairs.
What are your business hours?
We are open from 10am-4pm Tuesdays-Friday!
How long will my repair take?
We understand the importance of getting your gear back in a timely manner. We are proud to offer 1-2 week turn around times from the date we recieve your item. Please account for additional shipping time if you are sending us your gear.
How much will my repair cost?
Each repair is unique! When we receive your item we will provide a quote based on our assessment and your needs. We will do our best to provide you with options of how to repair your gear at different price points. It is difficult to provide quotes without seeing your item. If you’re unable to stop by our shop you can always email us pictures of your gear and we will be able to give you a more accurate quote. If you feel that the cost of a repair greater than what your item is worth, we accept gear that is in generally good condition, even if it needs a few repairs, donations for the BMR Garage Sale.
